Election Commission Deputy

Under the direction of the Administrator of Elections and in keeping with State laws the Deputy, performs clerical duties related to voter registration, records maintenance, issuing candidate petitions, preparation of and assistance with early voting, election day, and certification of an election.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a full-time, benefited position. Hours of position are 8am to 4pm with mandatory, additional hours as needed during the election season.

Duties include but are not limited to typing, filing, data entry, compiling and maintaining spread sheets, customer service, problem solving, and adherence to laws. Use of computer software including Microsoft office is required.
